So I started writing a book because I seem to have come into a lot of free time recently and it’s something I’ve always wanted to do. (Okay not always, rather once I understood the concept that books are written by authors and authors are actual real life people). Out of curiosity I started investigating what the process of getting a book published is like. Big mistake. I hit a solid wall of negativity and impossibility which has really de-motivated my writing. The idea of getting published didn’t even connect to why I originally started writing.
